Three Life-Changing Lessons I learned from Tony Robbin’s ‘New World New You’ Challenge

I had my doubts. Boy was I wrong!

As an executive coach, I am constantly keeping an eye on the latest developments in the field of personal development and coaching. Whilst I fully respect and admire Tony Robbins, I always felt that the level of energy he puts out there wasn’t really for me. Too much for me to handle!

However, I signed up for his ‘New World New You’ challenge as I know he also has massive experience and insanely good content.

The initial energy-pumping atmosphere nearly had me clicking off, but I managed to get through it while waiting for the content. To say I was surprised would be a huge understatement. I learned so much during the challenge and have now become a bona fide Tony Robbins fan.

As an intuitive sensitive, I was always a bit averse to the part where Tony gets the crowd pumped up. But having heard what he said about changing your physiology in order to change your state made sense. He was making sure everyone was awake and alert!
